Located in a prime spot along the high-traffic stretch of James Ruse Drive in Parramatta, Seadan Security & Electronics weren’t about to let their expansive window frontage go to waste. They engaged Kellyville Signs to create large-scale perforated window graphics that would turn their office exterior into a commanding, 24/7 billboard.

We used one way vision vinyl – a perforated film that allows internal visibility while displaying full-colour graphics on the outside. It’s the perfect solution for offices like Seadan’s, where street-facing windows double as high-impact real estate for branding. These window graphics not only communicate Seadan’s specialist security and electronic product range but also offer their staff sun protection and visual privacy without sacrificing natural light or the Parramatta skyline. This project maximised visibility, reduced internal glare, and turned blank glass into marketing muscle - all without blocking the view from inside.
